Meet Our Staff

My name is Dave Clugston and I am a native of Pittsburgh. I live in Churchill along with MaryAnn, my beautiful wife of 28 years. We enjoy working out but running is our passion, with a total of 10 marathons between us. We also love to eat and explore new restaurants around the city. Having worked many years for a consulting company, I frequently relocated and lived in wonderful cities all over the country but I always came home to Pittsburgh. During the mid 1990’s, I came to work for Rohrich Lexus at a time when Lexus was still a new brand in the auto industry. For the two years I was here, I fell in love with the Lexus Brand and the Rohrich Lexus Family…it was a great place to work. I chose to take a different path in sales, and for fifteen years I found myself remembering and using everything that I learned and experienced with the Lexus Way of doing business. In 2011, I made the decision to return to Rohrich Lexus and a most satisfying career opportunity. Over these years, I have developed lasting relationships with the most wonderful customers, and I take great pleasure in being someone they can count on. We are a “Lexus Plus” dealer which compliments my personality and how I relate with my customers. “Lexus Plus” allows me to be myself and give my customers the greatest car buying experience they have ever had.

Jack is a dedicated sales professional with over 18 years experience. He takes pride in making his customers feel like a guest in his own home. When not working, Jack spends as much time with family and friends. You might see him at a sporting event or one of the many attractions around Pittsburgh. Dhiraj (Raj) joined Rohrich Lexus in November 2015. Prior to that he lived in New York City. Raj moved to Unites States of America from his hometown in Pokhara, Nepal at the age of 21. Raj earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration while studying abroad. He currently lives with his wife and 6 year old son in the south Pittsburgh area. In his spare time, Raj enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and playing soccer. Raj is Lexus Master Certified and looks forward to helping you with anything you might need at Rohrich Lexus.

My name is Shawn Sethman and I am an avid hometown sports fan here in the city of champions. I live in the Moon area with my wife of 7 years and my two beautiful little princesses (5&6) which our lives revolve around and keep us plenty busy and on the go which is hand in hand in the car business. I feel very fortunate to be with a brand such as Lexus and a great organization like Rohrich. As a new sales consultant only being in the business for 2 years I really regret not getting into consulting earlier in my career, I enjoy the aspect of helping people choose the right vehicle for them and their lifestyle with having confidence behind the brand.
