I took my 2023 Lexus ES 350 6 or 7 times for a vibration that began begore my 6,000 service visit. they have not fixed it yet- now at 24,000 miles. the salesman noticed it in his test drive as well as the service department drive when he picked it up. They can't fix it and they don't care.
I have been a Lexus owner since 1999, a total of 7 ES vehicles. I will not buy another one.

Very disappointing experience with Catherine, Raj and zack. Emails were ignored and people didn't call back when they promised they would. Bait and switch sales tactics were used and employees are unethical, lazy and liars Do not waste your time as there's other dealerships who treat you with respect

Got one email saying they would contact us on a car we were interested in but that was it. We never received any other communication from them after that. No calls, no additional emails.

I recently had a problem with my leased UX Hybrid 2023 (something to do with my navigation system). I initially contacted Toyota and hated their customer service. They were giving me $250.00 to be spent on repairs only, for a car under warranty with around 1500 miles. Not only that, they refused to do anything about my problem.

Bought a Certified Preowned Lexus UX 250H on May 22nd, 2021. This is my 3rd Lexus Buying Experience from Rohrich Lexus, Pittsburgh. Derek in Finance Department totally ruined my Wow!! Lexus Purchase Experience. He has absolutely no knowledge of what the xxxx he is doing. I had my Pre Approval Letter from BOA dated 05/18/2021. Derek screwed up the process. The service department is terrible! They won't answer the phone and when they do they immediately put you on hold. It's super stressful to even schedule an appointment. When, by chance, you do get an appointment the technicians who pick up your car are super irritated that have to come get it and it's obvious. They also bring it back dirty and with an empty gas tank. Don't even bother...

This is my 3rd Lexus and 6th Toyota vehicles. Never had the best experience like this time with Raj Chhetri and his team at Lexus. Very informative, very knowledgeable, positive can-do. And Joe in service is constantly providing the best service every time I visited in the past and still follows time to time.

Very happy with the customer service at Rohrich and overall buying experience. Tony was fantastic the entire time and bent over backwards to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even when the logistics of my prior leases (non-Lexus) got to be a bit complicated. Would highly recommend. The car is great too!

I purchased a 2015 es350 on 11/18/2017. Vehicle was not cleaned before delivery. Vehicle did not get attention in the service department. Headlight burnt out, power mirrors stopped working , programming issues with the electronic devices. Was told at delivery that vehicle had to return to address issues with paint and wheels. They sold me an unprepared vehicle which is unacceptable.

I have owned several Lexus vehicles. I have never not been satisfied with my experience, but Shenita was the best sales experience I have had at your dealership. I found her to be not only professional and competent, but also very personalbe. I will recommend her services whenever possible.

I thought their service was absolutely excellent! They were not pushy what so ever, and helped me explore all options of the vehicle I wanted. The salesman was very nice and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

Prompt, knowledgeable, fair, accommodating and not pushy. Nice touch to offer lifetime oil and state inspections but watch maintenance department because something is always recommended for additional work. Sales staff including manager great.

I purchased a used Lexus ( not certified ) Shenita Williams and Pete were great to work with. I like the fair "no hagle" price they asked for the car. After the purchase Guy, in service followed and was helpful and knowledgeable. Rohrich' s logo should be. "We try harder" They really do !

My total experience was excellent. My Sales Representative Mandy McQuaide made the process so easy. She has great attention to detail and while she is new to the industry, she was able to answer all of my questions, either on her own or by asking the General Manager Pete Yeo. The dealership did not have the exact car I was looking for but Pete was able to find me the perfect car and got it to the dealership overnight! Just bought my second Lexus and it was the easiest most pleasant experience. Everybody there was professional and pleasant and easy to deal with. I will recommend this dealership to everybody. They took the headache out of car buying.

I bought a used car--sight unseen--from George T. The advertised price was honored without haggling and without adding on additional charges. The car arrived in excellent condition just as Rohrich described it. The entire transaction was smooth (including the finances and paperwork thanks to Zac) except for a slight glitch with the auto transport pick-up. I was financially penalized by the trucking company, but Pete Y. stepped up and reimbursed me. All and all the Rohrich staff demonstrated integrity and the entire transaction was characterized by mutual respect.

I am a small business owner and in early 2016, I thought switching to a "higher-end" car would be appropriate for image when working with clients. Totally unprofessional, salesman had more excuses and kept changing his story.he needs to understand that when he makes a promise he stands by it. This is the worst dealer experience I have EVER had when trying to purchase a car. Took me 45 minutes to purchase replacement nat four days.

I like to get in early and on my way ASAP. My appointment was for 7:30. It was cold and I got there before the office opened. One of the service representatives invited me inside and Guy Marasco quickly and efficiently check me in. He directed me to the lounge where I got a hot drink and sat down and read my morning paper. My wait was a comfortable stay with quiet place to read. I was in and out in an hour and a half.

I've visited both Lexus dealers here in western pa. The other dealership treated us like unworthy or not being able to afford and thus had us waiting and talked down to us. Well despite our appearance we were treated humanly and not prejudiced here at Rorich. We will be purchasing and I will refer all my friends, coworkers, and business partners that Lexus is luxury and Rorich is the best deal and atmosphere to purchase no matter what color, religion, or status you fall into.

Well let me tell you! I never experienced customer service like I did here. Service manager and service rep were extraordinary they went out of there way just to satisfy me and ensure my service visit was exceptional. The work was thorough precise and detailed.
